Deborah Muanankese serves as the Special Projects Administrator at One World Recovery Network, bringing strategic operational leadership, creative problem-solving, and a deep commitment to people-centered service in support of the organization’s mission.

She plays a key role in advancing special initiatives, strengthening infrastructure, and supporting collaborative, mission-driven work across the organization.

Originally from Kinshasa, DR Congo, and based in DFW, Texas, Deborah offers a global perspective shaped by cross-cultural experience and a lifelong passion for service beyond borders. She is widely known for her encouragement-driven leadership style and is dedicated to fostering environments where teams feel supported, empowered, and aligned around shared purpose.

Deborah brings extensive experience in executive and nonprofit operations, having supported senior leaders and complex projects within mission-focused organizations. Her passion for humanitarian service extends internationally through involvement in education initiatives, anti-trafficking efforts, and humanitarian aid, reflecting her commitment to justice, dignity, and compassionate impact.
