She plays a key role in advancing special initiatives, strengthening infrastructure, and supporting collaborative, mission-driven work across the organization.
Originally from Kinshasa, DR Congo, and based in DFW, Texas, Deborah offers a global perspective shaped by cross-cultural experience and a lifelong passion for service beyond borders. She is widely known for her encouragement-driven leadership style and is dedicated to fostering environments where teams feel supported, empowered, and aligned around shared purpose.
Deborah brings extensive experience in executive and nonprofit operations, having supported senior leaders and complex projects within mission-focused organizations. Her passion for humanitarian service extends internationally through involvement in education initiatives, anti-trafficking efforts, and humanitarian aid, reflecting her commitment to justice, dignity, and compassionate impact. She is honored to support One World Recovery Network’s work through CARS in advancing recovery-oriented services for all.
